Once my order is placed, how long does it take to ship?
We make every effort to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, it is within one business day. We do not ship orders out over the weekend. We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $100, but please note that gift card purchases with your order do not count towards free shipping. We have been experiencing shipping delays with the USPS during Covid, so please be patient while we all navigate this tough time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Please be advised though that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and duties. We have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Can I carry-on my Weekender?
All Birdling Bags were designed with carry-on travel in mind. However, airlines have constantly changing requirements. Changes mainly apply to hard shell roller bags, but may apply to duffles as well. We have personally carried on the Weekender many times and also have had countless customers use it as a carry-on. As we all know though, nothing in airline travel these days is guaranteed! If concerned, it’s best to speak with the airline directly about soft duffle bags.

What’s the best way to clean my bag?
We do not recommend machine washing your Birdling. Spot clean with cold water and a mild cleanser. Be sure to use a clean white rag-do not use paper towels. Avoid Baby wipes and harsh cleaners as they may react with the dye and alter the color. It's best to clean the spot as soon as possible.
What if I notice something is wrong with my bag?
Quality is very important to us and we strive to provide each customer with the highest standards in manufacturing. Like anything made in large quantities we are at risk of slight imperfections from time to time, so should you notice anything wrong with your bags, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within a year of making your purchase with your original order number and a few photos of your bag. We will make all efforts to ensure every customer receives the quality they deserve! Please note that third party purchases are not covered by our warranty.
Where are your bags made?
Our bags are manufactured in China.
Can a sale code be applied to an order I placed yesterday (a week ago, etc.)?
Unfortunately we cannot apply sale codes to previous orders. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on upcoming sales! Please note that all bags purchased during a sale are final sale.
Can more than one discount code be applied to an order?
Only one code may be used per order. Please note that if you order a PYO Bundle, a code is automatically applied to your order, so additional codes may not be used.
